ORDER:
Consequent on the orders issued in the G.O.1st cited, have been
issued vide G.O.’s 2nd and 3rd read above.
2. Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad in the
reference 4th cited, has stated that the cadre strength of DEMO & allied
categories (Third level gazetted category) is 75 and out of which only 11
members are working. At present two individuals have requested to effect
their transfers and opted the following places during the counseling held
on 09.06.2011 at 2.00 PM in the chambers of CH&FW as per the
instructions issued in the G.O.2nd read above.

Nellore is transferred and posted as DEMO, O/o District Medical &
Health Officer, kadapa vice Smt.M.M.H.Prameela Devi, DEMO,
O/o District Medical & Health Officer, Kadapa transferred.
2. On transfer of Smt.M.M.H.Prameela Devi, DEMO, O/o District
Medical & Health Officer, Kadapa is posted as Communication
Officer O/o Principal, RH&FWTC (M), Kurnool in the existing
vacancy.
