          In continuation of the ref 1^st cited All the Senior Public Health Officer, Medical Officer, Drawing and Disbursing Officer/Controlling Authorities noted in the Dispatch entry are informed that, Government have issued orders relaxing ban on transfers for the period from 19-08-2014 to 10-10-2014 subject to conditions as stated in the GOs above.

          Therefore, the concerned officers are requested to furnish the service particulars in respect of all the Zonal and District Cadre employees request applications and vacancy position as on 20.09.2014.

                  

 Further all the officers in the address entry are informed to forward the transfer applications of all the zonal and District Cadre duly verifying the details with their Service Register.

         

          The officers concerned are informed that, in case the particulars furnished by them found to be wrong the appropriate disciplinary action will be initiated against them.

          The Senior Public Health Officers are requested to communicate these orders to the Medical Officers concerned in your jurisdiction and make it to get within the stipulated time.

          Last date of receipt of request transfers applications will be 25.09.2014 and transfers counselling date will be intimated later.

          This may be treated as Most urgent and Top Priority.
