                 The attention of the RDM&HS in the State  are invited to the subject cited and it is  informed that the Service particulars , ACRs, no charges information were not received to till date from the eligible MPHEOs(M) for filling up of promotions as CHOs from the feeder category of MPHEOs. Hence it is instructed to furnish the above information immediately within 15 days for drawing the panel ,otherwise  further action will be initiated against the staff concerned for  non-responding to the office references

       This should be treated as most urgent.
